Daily reminders from God

Remember who I am
The great “I AM”, My Lord, My Savior, My Comforter, My Provider, My Friend, My Rock, My Help, My Healer, My Shepard, My Love, My Joy, My All-In-All, My Everything.

Remember how I saved you
You pulled me out from the world of pornography before I could get trapped and become a slave to it.
You healed my mind from believing that I wasn’t beautiful enough or that I wasn’t worth someone loving me.
You freed me from the bondage of low self-esteem.
I am fearfully and wonderfully made. God’s beloved.

Remember My Grace & My Love
You died for me even while I was yet a sinner. You loved me despite of my unclean heart. You will never stop loving me. No matter what I’ve done or what I will do. Your grace will always be enough. I don’t have to be perfect. You removed that weight off of my shoulder. I know that I will continue to fall and continue to fail but you will never fail. There is nothing that can ever separate me from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus my Lord.

Remember the Journey
How you took me through the unknown and stayed by my side as I traveled to 11 countries in 11 months serving you and loving people. Remembering the lives of people that I’ve touched and the people that have touched my heart. You changed and transformed me on this trip. Making me one step closer to who you’ve called me to be.

Remember to be Grateful
You have blessed me with so much. My journey around the world has truly opened my eyes to see how privileged and blessed I am. I am grateful for the big and small things. I am grateful for the breath that I am breathing right now. Remembering to always be grateful even when it is so easy to complain.

Remember to Love
Loving people, not with my own love, but with Your love; the Love of God. Loving the least of these. I asked you for your heart. I asked you to break my heart for what breaks yours. Having your compassion for people who are lost, hurt, and hopeless. Helping me to humble myself daily and choosing to love those who might not love me back.

I remember the past because it is why I have a future. My story has been written from beginning to end by the Author and Finisher of my faith. My life is safely and lovingly in God’s hands, and that, I will always remember.
